Lunch is a tough meal for me. I never know what to eat during the middle of the day. A sandwich sometimes feels like too much, and a salad too little. I often settle on soup with a crust of bread, which feels like the right amount of food vs. not food. But if I wake up too late, and I eat in the afternoon, then dinner is all thrown out of whack. These are the inner machinations of my life that rule my thoughts and day-to-day experience in such a boring way.

Feeding oneself is a difficult task, and if you live alone, fugghetaboutit. Recipes are usually meant for more than one serving, and leftovers don't always hit.
